Lay Links Giving

Report a giving concern

Raise a concern about a giving opportunity, recipient, request, review record, use of support, reporting, or conduct.

For immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service first. Do not place a child, beneficiary, reporter, or yourself at further risk to gather evidence.

Concerns that should be raised

Integrity and funds

Suspected fraud, diversion, false identity, unauthorised collection, undisclosed conflicts, or materially inaccurate claims.

Safety and conduct

Safeguarding harm, coercion, retaliation, harassment, discriminatory conduct, privacy exposure, or unsafe delivery.

Reporting and controls

Missing reports, unexplained material changes, use outside the stated purpose, suspicious contact, or pressure to bypass controls.

Include only what is necessary

Identify the opportunity or recipient, describe what happened, give relevant dates, and explain the risk. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, unnecessary identity documents, beneficiary medical information, or unsafe copies of child-related material.
